Metal Fencing London specialises in the design, fabrication, and installation of metal fencing, gates, and railings. All products are manufactured in-house in the UK with no imports involved.

2. Custom Orders

All metalwork is custom-manufactured based on client specifications. Clients may provide photos, sketches, or references for bespoke designs. Once confirmed, custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable due to the bespoke nature of the work.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. A deposit (usually 50%) is required to confirm the order. Full payment must be received prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Lead Times

Estimated lead times vary from 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity and workload. While we aim to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranty

We offer a 20-year guarantee on all metalwork against structural defects. The warranty does not cover paint damage, rust due to improper maintenance, or damage caused by external factors (e.g. impact, vandalism).

6. Installation

Installation services are provided by our experienced team unless otherwise agreed. The site must be prepared and accessible for agreed dates. Additional charges may apply if the site is not ready.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, and content on this website are the property of [Your Company Name] and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
